About

This course is a deep dive into the study of the human body structures and how they work at a physiological level. How does the cardiovascular system work? How does the body fight off virus invaders? How does the body really handle all that sugar you just drank in that soda? We go over systems of our incredible body that God created and how they work. This course requires a lot of memorizations, but the material is presented in creative ways to ensure understanding. We will dissect a sheep eye, a kidney, a heart, and have interactive labs with the units on muscles and bones to include movement examples. Prerequisite: Biology I Textbook: Exploring Creation with Advanced Biology by Apologia. Carnegie credits: 1 HS credit (Honors option available.) Price : $240 per semester + lab fee of $60 which is due with registration
