Chemistry 1

Chemistry I covers the basics of Chemistry at a High School level from a Biblical worldview. Topics covered include the periodic table, atoms and molecules, atomic structure, balancing chemical equations, stoichiometry, energy, heat and temperature, acid/base chemistry, properties of gases, thermodynamics, kinetics and chemical equilibrium. Lab work is conducted almost every class featuring basic chemical principles. Honors option available. *Please note that each semester is 15 weeks and costs $240 per semester for a total of $480 + $40 supply fee. Payment of $240 is due at the beginning of each semester.
